Client charged with burglary and grand theft after using fraudulent credit card to purchase electronics. This was quite serious for client as he faced deportation if convicted. Police gathered other evidence linking client to other similar crimes. Arrangements were made with the police department to return all of the stolen property. Client was granted diversion and served 3 days of community service.
